Our Care Services are very flexible and individually adapted to a person’s specific needs. They include Home Care, Support Planning and a Managed Accounts service.

Our Home Care Support covers a range of one-to-one services - from mindful companionship to more specialised care (including dementia care, palliative care, hospital discharge service), throughout Sheffield and surrounding areas. We aim to ensure that all our customers maintain their independence and dignity by helping them to remain in their own home safely and with confidence.

This service can be complimented by our Support Planning facility that helps you to make well-informed choices when making initial decisions about your care provision - and also our Managed Accounts facility that helps you to supervise and manage your personal care budget through a secure personalised account.   
 
All our Care Services can be combined to provide you with the required level of support.
